Husband, Father of 3 boys on the best journey ever. I am enthusiastic about improving the mindset daily to focus on the good things in life.

Raised in College Park & Fayetteville GA, at an early age, I learned a strong sense of character and work ethic. When I arrived at Wake Forest University in summer 2002 to play football, I was ready to excel in the classroom and football field. Through this experience I learned how to be all I could be spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically .
Years later I’m an Atlantic Coast Conference Champion, Arena Bowl Champion, signed an NFL contract, coached in a Division II National Championship game, married my dear love and now coaching football and raising my 3 sons. Life is incredible and still continues to get better and better for me. God has been so good to me.
Sure there has been a tremendous amount of heartbreak and disappointments experienced during this journey but those moments became opportunities and will always be opportunities for me to grow and evolve to be a more aware me, ready to create more success.
